The Wash Tub: How it All Began

The Wash Tub's story began back in the 1980s. At the time, founder Al Vizza worked with car wash entrepreneurs in helping them get their businesses up and running. He handled various aspects of the car wash business, from planning locations to installing equipment.

It was this work that inspired Al and his wife Dorothy to open their own car wash in San Antonio a few years later in 1986. This first location was a success, and The Wash Tub was officially born.

Fast forward a couple decades later, and The Wash Tub has grown from Al and Dorothy's single location into a whopping 25 stores run by their son, Matt Vizza. What hasn't changed, however, is their focus on integrity, hard work, and community.

• Platinum Shield: Repel water, add durability, and bolster shine to the entire exterior.
• Full-Service Wash: Includes a Complete Interior Vacuum, Soft Cloth Wash, Towel Dry, and windows cleaned inside and out.
• Exterior Shine: Includes a Full-Service Wash, Gleam Wax, Air Freshener, Tire Dressing, Whitewall Treatment, and Wheel Brite.

That's not all. The Wash Tub also offers more extensive services, including Carpet Shampoo, Leather Clean and Condition, and a Complete Interior Detail.
